
When Can I expect delivery of my purchased goods?
Once you have purchased goods from us we will issue a confirmation e-mail to you upon receipt of your order. Goods/products are normally received by all UK clients within 7 days and overseas clients 14 days. This specifically excludes bespoke shirts which are normally received by UK clients within 5 weeks and overseas clients 7 weeks.
Delivery service and cost.
All delivery dates quoted are given in good faith. We cannot accept any liability which may result from the late delivery of goods. We use a number of delivery companies to make sure that we are providing the best possible service to our customers.
U.K,CI,IOM,BFPO (4-6 days) -£5.00 - Royal Mail Recorded Delivery 1st class or TNT 2 day service 48hr.
UK REGISTERED (1-3 days) - £10.00 - TNT next working day service 24 hr.
EUROPE (8-10 days) - £10.00 - TNT Europe or DPD.
REST OF WORLD (12-14 days) £15.00 - Royal Mail / Country of destination national Postal Service or Parceline.
You will only be charged postage once per order if the value of the transaction is below £200, even if we send it out to you in more than one parcel or at different times. Delivery for clients in the UK who spend £200 or more per transaction is free.
Clients who order a bespoke shirt should expect delivery within 5 weeks from date of order, in the unlikely event if there is a delay to your bespoke Shirt you will be contacted via email and offered our sincere apologies, together with a discount voucher on your next purchase to say we are genuinely sorry.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy
You may cancel the Order at any time within Ten (10) days of receiving the Goods without any liability to Tailoring UK except any direct cost incurred by us in relation to the Product being returned and we will refund to you any part of the price that we have received, provided that the Product is returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging and that the Product has not been specifically tailored to your specifications (Bespoke Shirts), or personalised, or that the Product by its very nature cannot be returned or is liable to deteriorate.
Tailoring UK will offer a refund or provide a replacement of equivalent quality and price but delivery charges may not be refundable and a returned goods charge may apply. Under no circumstance, unless faulty are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. We reserve the right to either repair or replace your purchased earrings.
Your bespoke shirt order is manufactured based on the measurements provided by you. If these measurement details appear unlikely, we will email or call you to confirm that the measurement details are correct before proceeding. If you decide to cancel/change your order, please inform us as soon as possible as we can not cancel/change orders for which we have already started work generally within 2 days of placing an order. Cancellations/changes require a confirmed acceptance via e-mail or in writing by Tailoring UK.
Process for return/cancel order
If you would like to cancel your order or return any unsatisfactory Product for a replacement or refund, please let us know by writing to:- Tailoring UK, Unit 4, Wheat Street, Leicester, LE1 2AG or by sending us an e-mail to: customerService@tailoringsuits.co.uk.
If you would like to cancel an order, all correspondence should be clearly marked with CANCEL ORDER.
If you would like to arrange for an exchange of a Product, all correspondence should be clearly marked with EXCHANGE PRODUCTS.
With your products and goods you will receive a simple return form.
Please circle whether you wish to exchange/cancel your products or goods with a brief reason and return within 10 days. We will action your request once we have received the goods from you.
Where an exchange is requested we will endevour to post out the new product or goods within 48 hours. If the exchange is due to a product defect delivery charge will be waivered.
Where a refund is agreed, we will credit your credit or debit card with the agreed refund amount within 14 working days.
