Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions control and protect your use of our website. If you have any queries about them, please e-mail customerservice@tailoringsuits.co.uk or call 0800 783 7742 if calling from the UK. Overseas clients can call + 44 116 253 0004.

Definitions

'We/Us/Our/Ours' refers to Tailoring UK

'Goods' means the products that Tailoring UK have offered or agreed to supply to the purchaser in accordance with these conditions.

'You' refers to the person whose order for goods has been accepted by us.

Use of this Website

This website is owned, controlled or licensed by us. Reproduction of any part is strictly prohibited.

In particular, no part of our website may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose, or incorporated in any other work or publication.

No part of our website may be reproduced or transmitted or stored in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

We reserve the right to withdraw our website, any information contained therein, and any goods offered for sale without notice.

Our website accessed from outside the UK must comply with local laws where they are applicable.

We will not be liable for any claims, damages and costs, including legal fees, arising out of any misuse of this website by you or any user of your computer equipment, whether authorised by you or not, or any misuse of the website or your account information by any other user.

Accuracy of Content

Our checking processes are designed to ensure that correct prices are published and the description of the goods and its photographic representation is accurate. The colours shown on your monitor unfortunately may differ to the actual colours of the garments/products due to technical reasons beyond our control.

Offer to Purchase

You must be aged 18 years or over and have completed our registration process before you can make purchases from the Website. You must ensure that the personal details which you are required to provide when you register on the website or at any other time are accurate.

We will issue a confirmation e-mail to you upon receipt of your order. Acceptance of your order will not take place until it has been dispatched usually well within 48 hours with the exception of Bespoke Shirts.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy

You may cancel the Order at any time within Ten (10) days of receiving the Goods without any liability to Tailoring UK except any direct cost incurred by us in relation to the Product being returned and we will refund to you any part of the price that we have received, provided that the Product is returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging and that the Product has not been specifically tailored to your specifications (Bespoke Shirts), or personalised, or that the Product by its very nature cannot be returned or is liable to deteriorate. Tailoring UK will offer a refund or provide a replacement of equivalent quality and price but delivery charges may not be refundable and a returned goods charge may apply. Under no circumstance, unless faulty are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. We reserve the right to either repair or replace your purchased earrings.

We are liable, if our products have manufacturing or material defects, only up to the value of the purchased goods. You must notify our customer services within 10 days of receiving the goods.  We are not liable for defects resulting from the customer not following our care instructions.

Your bespoke shirt order is manufactured based on the measurements provided by you.  If these measurement details appear unlikely, we will email or call you to confirm that the measurement details are correct before proceeding. If you decide to cancel/change your order, please inform us as soon as possible as we can not cancel/change orders for which we have already started work generally within 2 days of placing an order.  Cancellations/changes require a confirmed acceptance via e-mail or in writing by Tailoring UK.

The Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

If you would like to cancel your order or return any unsatisfactory Product for a replacement or refund in the above circumstances, please let us know by writing to:- Tailoring UK, 61 Churchgate, Leicester, LE1 3AL or by sending us an e-mail: customerService@tailoringsuits.co.uk or Telephoning the Customer Services Helpline on 0800 783 7742.  If you would like to cancel an order, all correspondence should be clearly marked with CANCEL ORDER. If you would like to arrange for the exchange of a Product, all correspondence should be clearly marked with EXCHANGE PRODUCTS. If you require a refund or replacement of part or the whole of your order, in accordance with our Cancellations and Returns Policy, please make sure that you keep the unsatisfactory Products safe, in their original packaging, and store them in an appropriate way so that they can be returned in the same condition as they were delivered to you. We may ask you to provide some proof that the Products were purchased from us, such as a copy of an email confirmation of your order or the delivery note. Where a refund is agreed, we will credit your credit or debit card with the agreed refund amount within 14 working days of receiving goods.

Delivery

All delivery dates quoted are given in good faith and are generally exceeded. We cannot accept any liability which may result from the late delivery of goods.

REST OF WORLD (12-14 days) £15.00

Clients who order a bespoke shirt should expect delivery within 5 weeks from date of order, in the unlikely event there is a delay to your bespoke Shirt you will be contacted via email and offered our sincere apologies, together with a 25% discount voucher on your next purchase to say we are sorry.

You will only be charged postage once per order if the value of the transaction is below £200, even if we send it out to you in more than one parcel or two parcels at different times. Delivery for clients in the UK who spend £200 or more per transaction is free.

We use a number of delivery companies to make sure that we are providing the best possible service to our customers. Currently we use one of the following companies to deliver either in the UK or worldwide.

U.K,CI,IOM,BFPO (4-6 days) – Royal Mail Recorded Delivery 1st class or TNT 2 day service 48hr.

U.K REGISTERED (1-3 days) – TNT next working day service 24 hr.

EUROPE (8-10 days) – TNT Europe or DPD

REST OF WORLD (12-14 days) -  Royal Mail / Country of destination national Postal Service or Parceline.

In the unfortunate event you do not receive your order within the specified time frame for each country please contact customerservice@tailoringsuits.co.uk or call +44 116 253 0004.

Price and Payment

The price you pay for goods is as shown on our website at the time of order and includes VAT where applicable. However, orders will only be accepted providing there is no major error in the prices or descriptions shown.

Postage and packaging (P&P) charges will always be confirmed before you finalise your order.  Our policy of free postage and packaging will only apply to all order over £200 and for exchanges of replacement product/goods due to defect.

Payment may be made in pounds Sterling (£) using; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta or Maestro.  The transaction is managed by Protx Limited.

We reserve the right to review and make changes to the prices listed on our website at any time.

Title

Title of goods will pass to you at the point we charge your payment card or, when other payment methods are used, funds are credited to our account.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 7 working days from the day after receipt of the goods, with the exception of Products that have been tailored to your specification (Bespoke Shirts), or have been personalized in any way.

Liability

We confirm that in relation to any goods purchased from our website that we have the right to sell the goods to you.  The goods will correspond with the description on the website; and the goods will be of quality.

We exclude all other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements with regards to any goods.

We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect) however caused or whether foreseeable or not, arising from your purchase of goods on our website.

Our total liability to you under any contract for the purchase of goods or otherwise under this Agreement will be limited to the amount paid by you for any goods purchased.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred by unauthorized use of your payment card on the website which is managed by Streamline Merchant Services. Nor are we responsible for notifying your card issuer or any law enforcement authority in these instances.

The limitations and exclusions in this clause do not affect your statutory rights and only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement shall serve to limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.

Entire Agreement

These and other notices elsewhere on our website represent the entire terms and conditions relating to your use of our website to order goods and the supply of goods to you.

No additional terms or conditions requested by and communicated in any way by you will form part of the contract whether accepted or not by any contractor or employee.

No employee of Tailoring UK can alter the terms and conditions of this contract whether or not they confirm this to you in any way.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any contract for the purchase of goods shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Trademarks

Tailoring (suits) UK, Joseph Brandon England and All Alts - logos and slogans are trademarks of R & Jay Ltd t/a Tailoring All Alts Leicester. Any use of these trademarks is prohibited other than with our express written consent.

Disclaimer

We give no warranties and make no representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy, quality, validity or completeness of any information contained in our website and accepts no liability for any loss resulting directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance on any such information.

We shall be under no obligation to notify any person of any error on our website.

We shall not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
